Eventually I found or hired others to do the work but I learned my lesson. Now with blogging I don't even bother trying to design. I just choose the options that are available with the service I choose. I learned years ago that you need to let others do what you are not good at. It saves a lot of time, it usually comes out better, and you definitely save money overall… as time is money and you can spend 10 times as much time as someone who know what they are doing and it still never comes out just right.
